You'll be able to ace your exams and earn your Top of the Class trophy In Persona 3 Reload by boosting your Academics social stat to level 4 (Smart) by the July exams, along with getting every answer right.
For the May exams, you'll only be able to get in the top ten students at the most, but you'll still be able to get rewards from Mitsuru for doing well - which I'll list below.
