How to find & use Black Augurite in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Black Augurite is a new evolutionary item in Pokemon Legends Arceus. Here is everything you need to find some and which Pokemon to use it on.
Black Augurite is a new evolutionary item you're going to want to get your hands on if your aim is to complete the entire Pokedex.
Black Augurite is one of a few new items Pokemon Legends Arceus has introduced to the series, but it's not common at all, so getting your hands on it isn't easy. Here's where to find it.
How to get Black Augurite
Luckily, there are a few ways to get your hands on some Black Augurite. First of all, it is available as a rare drop from Graveler. This Pokemon appears in many different locations, so head out with your favorite Water or Grass-type Pokemon and take down as many as you can.
Our recommendation is to head to Coronet Highlands. Travel to the Moonview Arena, then head south into Bolderoll Ravine. Here you will find plenty of Graveler to battle. Work your way through them, then fast-travel back to the top. Rinse and repeat until one of them drops you a Black Augurite.
If grinding it out isn't your cup of tea, there is a way to guarantee a Black Augurite. Speak to Gully at the Coronet Highlands Base Camp to get a request. Gully will give you a Black Augurite in exchange for a Nosepass. If you haven't caught one yet, head to the Celestica Ruins to find one. Trade it for the Black Augurite and that's job done!
If you'd rather chance your luck, there are two other potential sources of Black Augurite in Pokemon Legends Arceus. Firstly, Ursaluna can find Black Aurugite while digging for treasure. Spend some time riding around on Ursaluna and you might get lucky.
Another possibility is to find Black Augurite in Space-Time Distortions. Rare items appear on the ground during distortions, and Black Augurite could be among them.
What is Black Augurite used for?
Black Augurite is an evolutionary item, and it is used to evolve Scyther into Kleavor.
Kleavor is a brand new Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus that features heavily as the first Noble Pokemon you have to deal with.
Unlike in previous games, you do not need to trade your Scyther in order to evolve it. That said, getting your hands on some Black Augurite is easier said than done - hopefully our guide has helped!
