The Pokemon Presents 2023 stream will take place on Pokemon Day, Monday 27 February 2023 at 6AM PST/2PM GMT. Pokemon Day is a celebratory day for the anniversary of the launch of the franchise's first two games, Pokemon Red and Pokemon Green in Japan - on 27 February 1996.

What Could Be Announced
Scarlet and Violet
The big predictions for Pokemon Presents 2023 announcements on everyone's minds centre around the latest game, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, in two areas: patches and DLC.
The recently announced 1.0.2 patch has been slated for late February with its full list of fixes announced. So, the patch could drop before the stream or Pokemon Presents could go into more detail before releasing it either on 27 February, or the next day on 28 February. Alternatively, there would be another patch announced altogether for a later date.
In terms of DLC, there has been a lot of speculation and leaks - from X and Y Kalos DLC to Paradox Suicine and Virizion. However, Pokemon Presents 2023 could merely declare more of its regularly announced 7-Star Tera Raids for exclusive Pokemon, such as for Charizard, Cinderace, and Greninja.
Pokemon HOME
What's almost guaranteed to be talked about at Pokemon Presents 2023 though is the Scarlet and Violet integration with Pokemon HOME - the Pokemon storage game used to store and transfer Pokemon from the latest mainline games.
The integration needed to transfer your Sword and Shield plus Legends: Arecus Pokemon into Scarlet and Violet has been slated for Spring 2023 - as confirmed by Nintendo in the tweet above. With Spring being a month away, it would be very surprising to not get an exact release date on such a big day for the Pokemon franchise.
