Trying to get potent medicine in Persona 3 Reload can be a confusing task, as there's nowhere on the map with a mark signifying a quest interaction available for it in the game.
Thankfully, this guide is here to tell you all the steps you need to obtain it for Elizabeth in P3R.
How to get potent medicine in P3R
To bring Elizabeth some potent medicine, you need to talk to Mr. Edogawa in the nurse's office on a school day after being in Tartarus.
Although you can normally walk in on regular days after school as well, only your apparent visible exhaustion from fighting Shadows the night before makes you eligible enough for Edogawa's medicine.
After a quick exchange where he threatens to "curse your kneecaps" if you're lying, you'll find 'Potent Medicine' being added to your inventory to complete the P3R request.
After you head outside of the Velvet Room to report to Elizabeth and hand her the medicine, to which she compliments the skill of the "master of the nurse's office", request #20 will finish and you'll receive the Steel Pipe weapon as a reward.
