As with all tier lists, you're going to want to try and join any of the clans right at the top in the S-Tier, as they will give you all of the best abilities and the highest chance of survival.
The Agatsuma clan is particularly strong as it gives you God Speed Mode, which not only buffs your character but also, as you can probably guess from the name, gives you a significant speed boost too.
The Kamado clan is one of the most widely used as it gives you super strong abilities like Indomitable Will, Pain Resistance, and Sunlight Resistance. These are all invaluable when you're travelling round the world, so it is definitely worth choosing.
While not as strong as the Kamado clan, the Tomioka clan is still very much worth choosing. While you miss out on the Sunlight Resistance, you still pick up the Indomitable Will, and Pain Resistance abilities to help you out in your journey.
Finally, the Shinazugawa clan is particularly strong if you're facing down Demons. The clan gives you an ability that passively slows Demons when they try to drink blood and removes half of their Hit Points. On top of this, you also get the Pain Resistance ability and improved Regeneration, making this all round one of the best clans in the game and worthy of the S-Tier ranking.
