Unfortunately, this secret cave is not easy to come by, especially if you're randomly roaming around the map. Therefore, we’ve put together this guide to help you find the secret loot cave in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1.

Click to enlargeThe secret loot cave can be found southeast of Grand Glacier, right next to the Fortnite island's coastline. We’ve marked the exact location in the above image for your convenience.
However, before landing at this location, I recommend dropping at a small shelter nearby to stock up on weapons. This spot serves as an ideal landing spot for solo players and duos alike. Right in this specific part of the map, you'll discover a small box containing loot.
Click to enlargeAdditionally, there are two barrels nearby. Head inside, and you'll encounter not just two but eleven more barrels and a chest. Once you secure the shield from here, head in the east direction, slide down continuously, and when you reach the bottom, you'll stumble upon a small cave resembling a mini Grotto.

Click to enlargeUpon entering the secret cave in Fortnite, you'll find numerous chests. Keep progressing deeper, and you'll discover even more chests. Break one of these chests with your pickaxe, and you can continue further inside, unveiling additional chests for you to open.

The only challenge is that there's no apparent exit from this spot without retracing your steps unless you've found an alternative route, such as using the new Grapler, so make sure you don't get caught in the Storm.
