How to change Infant Quirks in The Sims 4

Infant Quirks are a new system within The Sims 4 Growing Together expansion pack that act as personality traits for infants before they move to other life stages. In the game, toddlers will be randomly assigned up to three quirks as you progress through your game.

How to change Infant Quirks using cheats
If you dislike the quirks assigned to your infants, it is possible to remove or add quirks of your choosing through cheats in The Sims 4. Perform the following steps to add or remove any infant quirks you wish:
- Summon the cheat box in the top left corner of the screen (press CTRL + Shift +C if on PC, Command + Shift + C if on Mac or press all four triggers if on console).
- Type: testingcheats on
- Press enter to enable the cheat
- Hold down the Shift key and click on your infant
- Select 'Pack Cheats...'
- Click 'Expansion Packs...'
- Select 'EP13 - Growing Together...'
- Click 'Infant Quirks'
- Here you can remove or 'discover' a quirk to add it to your infant's quirk profile.
- Quirks will be displayed along with infant milestones on the Simology profile (the small head icon at the bottom right of the screen).
All Infant Quirks in The Sims 4 Growing Together
The following quirks are all possible to gain randomly through gameplay with your infant sims. There are a total of 18 unique quirks with various effects, you will only be able to have three at once per infant sim:
- Early Riser - The infant usually wakes up at sunrise.
- Gassy - The infant experiences tummy issues which can make them fussy.
- Good Appetite – these infants are easy to feed and will generally eat all types of food.
- Feeding Tinkler – The infant might fill their diaper whilst eating.
- Free-Air Tinkler – The infant might wee on the caregiver whilst being changed.
- Hates Wakeup Time – These infants tend to wake up angry.
- Frequently Sneezes – These infants sneeze a lot which causes more germs in the house.
- Happy Spitter – These infants might spit while eating.
- Loves Sounds – These infants are happy when listening to sounds in music, TV, etc.
- Hates Being Held – These infants don’t like being held, especially by non-caregivers.
- Little Babbler - Extremely talkative infants.
- Loves Being Held – Happy when being held and might react negatively to being put down.
- Frequently Hiccups – Infants that hiccup more than usual.
- Loves Wakeup Time - Wakes up with a happy moodlet.
- Messy Eater – These infants are likely to make a mess whilst feeding.
- Picky Eater - Fussy with food.
- Self-Soother – These infants can calm themselves down when upset by putting fingers or toes in their mouths.
- Snuggly Sleeper – These infants will instantly cry if just set down to sleep. They prefer to be held or put in a carrier to sleep.
