How to use the changing table in The Sims 4

As of writing, the changing table item is only available through The Sims 4 Growing Together Expansion pack. If you're changing a baby or infant in The Sims 4 without the expansion pack, sims will dump used diapers on the ground for your sim to pick up and throw away.

Changing table interactions
To place an infant on a changing table and change their diaper, simply click on a changing table and click on the corresponding prompt.
From a changing table, you can enter the CAS menu via the 'Plan Outfits' option which works like any mirror or dresser object. You can also change the clothes your infant is currently wearing with the 'Change Outfits' prompt.
You can also upgrade the table with safety straps, which will require two Common Upgrade Parts to do so and does not require any levels of the Handiness skill.
If you don’t have the 'Smooth Sail Diaper Pail' next to the changing table, used diapers will be thrown on the floor which you'll need to pick up and throw away. Otherwise, if you have a pail attached to the table, sims will automatically put used diapers in it.

Along with the 'Smooth Sail Diaper Pail' to put all the used diapers, the following changing tables are available with the Growing Together expansion pack:
- Blandco Contemporary Changing Station (with or without the Diaper Pail)
- Cheerful Changing Table by Kindermade
- Changemaster 3000 – by Schitts & Sons (& Grandsons!)
- Mini Mission Changing Station
