How to unlock all the Spider-Man Remastered suits

The Spider-Man Remastered suits are a collection of incredible designs from the team at Insomniac Games. Calling back to several of the character’s original comic books, there are plenty of options for fans of Spider-Man to choose from. However, with so many suits to unlock, it can take players quite a while to obtain them all. Here are all of the suits and how to unlock them all.

How many suits are there?

In total, there are 28 different Spider-Man Remastered suits to unlock. However, only 25 of them are unlockable from the start of the game. The final three are hidden suits that require a little more legwork.

To unlock most of the Spider-Man Remastered suits, you’ll need to spend tokens on them. These are unlocked by completing side missions marked on your map. For example, completing a Crime Event will reward you with Crime Tokens, and finding a Backpack will reward you with Backpack Tokens.

If you can’t see all of the suits in the menu from the start of the game, don’t worry. New suits will appear to purchase as you progress through the game. If you see a certain suit that you’d like to unlock on our list, then it may be that you have to play further through the story first.

How to unlock all the suits

The Spider-Man Remastered suits are often not just a cosmetic change, either. Most of them also come with an associated Suit Power. However, if you like the Power from one suit but don’t like the aesthetic, you can mix and match different Powers with different suits.

Now that you’re aware of how many suits there are and how to unlock the vast majority of them, let’s take a look at each of the Spider-Man Remastered suits and what they do:

Advanced Suit

• Suit Power: Battle Focus - Hybrid biomembrane rapidly generates Focus for a short time.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Something Old, Something New"
• Unlock Requirements: 1 Backpack Token, 2 Crime Tokens

Classic Suit (Damaged)

• Suit Power: N/A
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Something Old, Something New"
• Unlock Requirements: Free

Classic Suit (Repaired)

• Suit Power: Web Blossom - Leap into the air and web everything in sight.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Something Old, Something New"
• Unlock Requirements: 2 Backpack Tokens, 2 Crime Tokens

Noir Suit

• Suit Power: Sound of Silence - Enemies no longer call for backup when alerted.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Something Old, Something New"
• Unlock Requirements: 2 Backpack Tokens, 1 Base Token

Scarlet Spider Suit

• Suit Power: Holo Decoy - Experimental AR tech spawns multiple Holo Decoys that stun attacking enemies before decaying.
• Unlockable at: Level 4
• Unlock Requirements: 3 Crime Tokens, 2 Landmark Tokens

Spider Armour - MK II Suit

• Suit Power: Bullet Proof - Magnetically polarised armor plating makes the suit temporarily bulletproof against all enemies, even snipers.
• Unlockable at: Level 5
• Unlock Requirements: 1 Base Token, 1 Landmark Token, 2 Research Tokens

Secret War Suit

• Suit Power: Arms Race - Discharges amplified EMP build-up to stun enemies and disable their weapons.
• Unlockable at: Level 7
• Unlock Requirements: 2 Backpack Tokens, 1 Base Token, 2 Research Tokens

Stark Suit

• Suit Power: Spider-Bro - Calls in a Spider-Bro to temporarily aid in combat.
• Unlockable at: Level 9
• Unlock Requirements: 1 Base Token, 3 Crime Tokens, 1 Research Token

Negative Suit

• Suit Power: Spider-Bro - Negative Shockwave - Synchronises nono-mesh particles to unleash a devastating wave of negative energy.
• Unlockable at: Level 11
• Unlock Requirements: 1 Base Token, 2 Landmark Tokens, 1 Research Token

Electrically Insulated Suit

• Suit Power: Electric Punch - Kit bashed high-discharge capacitors temporarily electrify gauntlets, electrifying enemies.
• Unlockable at: Level 13
• Unlock Requirements: 1 Base Token, 3 Crime Tokens, 1 Research Token

Spider-Punk Suit

• Suit Power: Rock Out - Blasts enemies with waves of righteous sound.
• Unlockable at: Level 16

Wrestler Suit

• Suit Power: King of the Ring - Web Throw enemies without having to web them up
• Unlockable at: Level 19

Fear Itself Suit

• Suit Power: Quad Damage - Assistive nano-musculature temporarily deals MASSIVE damage

Stealth ("Big Time") Suit

• Suit Power: Blur Projector - Create a distortion field that can obscure you from non-alerted enemies' vision.

Spider Armour - MK III Suit

• Suit Power: Titanium Alloy Plates - Dynamic semi-liquid smart metal crystallizes to reflect all bullets, except for sniper rounds, back at shooters.

Spider-Man 2099 Black Suit

• Suit Power: Low Gravity - Decrease gravity while in the air.

Iron Spider Suit

• Suit Power: Iron Arms - Wreak havoc with four articulated arms made from rapidly grown mono-atomic iron alloy crystal.

Velocity Suit

• Suit Power: N/A

Vintage Comic Book Suit

• Suit Power: Quips - Insult your enemy's pride.

Last Stand Suit

• Suit Power: Unrelenting Fury - Enemies cannot block or interrupt your attacks, even if they have shields.
• Unlockable at: Level 45

Undies Suit

• Suit Power: Equaliser - Everyone goes down in one hit, including you.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Pax in Bello"
• Unlock Requirements: Complete all Main Missions, Side Quests, and reach 100% district completion in all districts.

Homemade Suit

• Suit Power: No associated suit power.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Something Old, Something New"
• Unlock Requirements: Find all the Backpacks.

Anti-Ock Suit

• Suit Power: Resupply - Distributed nano-mesh continuously refills current gadget's shots.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Pax in Bello"
• Unlock Requirements: Free

Dark Suit

• Suit Power: No associated suit power.
• Unlockable at: Story Mission "Stakeout"
• Unlock Requirements: Complete all Black Cat Stakeouts

ESU Suit

• Suit Power: N/A
