In order to get the Jedi Robes in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor you'll need to progress the main story until you visit Jedha for the second time and reach the Trailhead Pantheon area.
Here, you'll unlock the Crypt of Uhrma Meditation Point and this is where you'll want to fast travel to find the Jedi Robes.
From the Meditation Point, approach the rectangular doorway to your right and enter the circular room. Look for a set of steps and head up to the top of them. Once there, you'll see a hole in the wall that can be accessed by wall-running across to it.
