Star Wars Outlaws: All Vandor Survivalist gear locations
Find all three parts of the Vandor Survivalist gear set in Star Wars Outlaws, as you'll gain massive boosts to your Bacta Vial and healing capabilities.
The Vandor Survivalist gear set in Star Wars Outlaws is perfect for those lengthy gun fights and the cold of Kijimi, so find out the locations of every piece right here in our breakdown below.
Where to find all Survivalist gear
There are three parts of the Survivalist gear set, including the Vandor Survivalist Jacket, Belt, and Pants. There are other apparel items that are also partly named as 'Survivalist' gear, though these don't have the gear bonus of the Vandor set and thus aren't anywhere near as strong.
Here is where you can find each piece:
Vandor Survivalist Jacket
You can purchase the Jacket from the Merchant just to the north of the cantina in Kijimi City.
You'll need to have at least 'Good' reputation with the Ashiga Clan to purchase it in the first place though, so you'd better side with the queen and complete a few side quests or contracts along the way.
If you sit down on the bench inside of the Merchant's shop, listen in on the conversation, and then offer to pay for the stolen blaster, you'll get a shop-wise discount which thankfully reduces the rather steep price of the Jacket. You'll, of course, also get a discount from your reputation with the Ashiga Clan, making this even more affordable.
The Jacket itself offers reduced damage taken from blaster and projectile weapons, alongside an upgrade that ensures your Bacta Vial health regeneration isn't interrupted by any incoming damage.
Vandor Survivalist Belt
The Belt is found in Quola's Stash in Kijimi City, which is located about halfway down the Queen's Road, on the western side.
You'll need to use the terminal outside of the door and successfully slice it in order to unlock the door, and then the Belt will be inside one of the containers within the Stash.
In terms of bonuses, the Belt increases your Bacta Vial carrying capacity, alongside increasing the amount of health that's instantly restored by a Bacta Vial.
Vandor Survivalist Pants
Finally, the Pants can be purchased from Neva Yaranu, who is the smuggler inside of Kijimi's Crimson Dawn district.
Getting inside here is either super easy or incredibly difficult, depending on your current reputation with the Crimson Dawn Syndicate, but I was able to waltz in thanks to my 'Excellent' rep.
I'm not sure if the Pants - or perhaps even the Vendor will be available to those with Poor or lower reputations, but I was able to pick it up for 1,800 Credits, which of course included the baked-in Crimson Dawn discount.
With these Pants equipped you'll have any incoming damage taken from explosions greatly reduced when crouched, rolling, or sliding, and they'll also increase the healing speed on Bacta Vials.
What is the Survivalist gear bonus?
On top of each item's individual bonuses, you'll also receive a collective bonus when all three items are equipped at the same time:
- Fully depleted health segments slowly regenerate over time
This is, as you can imagine, incredibly strong in those moments when you've run out of healing, ensuring that the Survivalist gear very much lives up to its name. On top of this, you'll also have the increased Vial capacity, increased healing, and increased healing speed from each item, making you much stronger and less susceptible to death.
I'd very much recommend this gear set when playing on harder difficulties, as it'll make your Vials go much further and give you a way out once you've run out too.
On top of this, you don't even need to have the gear 'equipped' in order to reap the benefits, as Outlaws allows you to transmog any other attire in place of the Survivalist set. This lets you keep the visual look of any items you own, while affording yourself the fantastic benefits of the Survivalist set.
