Locations to find Stellar Blade's Crane ID Cards in the Construction Zone
Here's the locations of all three Crane ID Cards in Stellar Blade and where to find upgrade items like a Tumbler Expansion Module and two-star Protection Type Exospine.
Highlights
- Crane ID Card 1 is left of the camp in the Construction Zone
- ID Card 2 is located right of the camp near the lift
- The third card is located south of the camp
During the Scavenger Adam main quest in Stellar Blade, when you arrive at the Construction Zone area, you'll need to operate a nearby crane using Crane ID Cards to make a makeshift bridge and cross a gap leading to the next area. Without any map or directions, though, you may find it tricky to get the ID Cards.
So here's a rundown of the locations for all three Crane ID Cards in the game's Construction Zone, where you can find items like a two-star Protection Type Exospine, a Tumbler Expansion Module, and more crafting materials.
All Crane ID Card locations
Card 1
You'll find the first Crane ID Card left of the camp in the Construction Zone. While facing towards the camp, take the left path until you reach a rubble that you can climb to get on top of the building. There are enemies ready to ambush you, so scan the area.
Once you reach the topmost floor, you will find the Potential Blast Can on the nearby table. Left of it, there is an opening that you can use to jump, grab the swing, and reach the ledge on the other building.
Climb up and follow the path, and you will encounter two enemies and the chest holding the Crane ID Card and items like:
- Pulse Grenade x4
- Advanced Nano Elements x3
- Shock Grenade x4
- Polymer Material x4
Tumbler Expansion Module location
From the camp, if you head straight and take a left towards the building with the first Crane ID Card, you will find a bot you can destroy to obtain the Tumbler Expansion Module. To make things easier, when you head straight from the camp, scan the area, and look towards the left - you will find the bot highlighted there.
Card 2
The second Crane ID Card is located right of the camp, in the area near the lift. Keep heading in the right direction from the camp until you reach a lift.
Protection Type Exospine & resources
Once there, climb up the right container boxes and open the case on the floor. In it, you will find a two-star Protection Type Exospine, which is an excellent pick for early-game players finding it hard to survive.
After you've grabbed that, fall down the opening left of the case and defeat the enemies and then interact with the nearby chest and solve the directional puzzle by pressing the highlighted direction on your D-pad. Open the chest and you'll grab the following items:
- Polymer Materials x5
- Nano Element x8
- Nano Element x11
- Advanced Nano Element x3
In the same area, you will find a generator you must power up to make the lift work. You can perform a scan to highlight it. After you power it up, take the lift to the top floor, and after a short cutscene, open the chest right next to the lift.
You will obtain the second Crand ID Card and a bunch of other items, including:
- Polymer Materials x17
- Advanced Polymer Material x8
- Advanced Nano Material x4
- Extreme Polymer Material x4
Card 3
The third and final Crane ID Card is located south of the camp in the Construction Zone. Look south, and you will find a path next to some petrified enemies and containers. Follow it, and you will reach an area with a horse-rider statue.
Defeat the enemies and take the ladder on the right side to reach the floor, where you will find the chest holding the third Crane ID Card and other rewards like:
- Shock Grenade x1
- Advanced Nano Element x3
- Gold
Right next to the chest, if you climb up the opening on the right side and take the ropes onto the scaffolding, you will find a hidden resource chest with rare crafting materials like the Extreme Nano Element.
