How to solve Stellar Blade's Scrap Yard Ticker, Buzzer, Clunker puzzle
Here you'll find out how to complete the puzzle at the Wasteland Scrap Yard to free D1G-g2r and reach the Ticker, Buzzer and Clunker machines in Stellar Blade.
In Stellar Blade, you’re going to find a trapped robot named D1G-g2r, who needs you to solve a puzzle in the Scrap Yard area of the Wasteland to free him – so I’m here to show you how to do it.
To free D1G-g2r from beneath the pile of scrap in the game, you’re going to need to turn on the Ticker, Buzzer and Clunker machines, in that order, to lift the crane that is preventing him from moving.
Where to find the Ticker in Stellar Blade
From the area where you speak to D1G-g2r, head left until you see a large moveable box near some ledges on the cliffside. Use these ledges and vaulting poles to climb and swing your way across the gap to reach the Ticker.
The Ticker is the most notable machine, surrounded by various clocks. Hit the button near the machine to activate it and head back.
Where to find the Buzzer in Stellar Blade
From the ledges, keep heading around until you reach a movable trolley that can be shifted onto a pressure plate nearby. Doing so will open a gate near a large movable crate.
Move the crate into the area that just opened up, hop on top of it and climb up until you reach a large yellow machine. Hit the button and it will turn on the Buzzer.
Where to find the Clunker in Stellar Blade
From the Buzzer, head over until you reach a large closed gate with two pressure plates. Move the nearby trolleys onto both of them to open the gate fully and drag the large movable crate inside.
You’ll notice a tower that can be climbed up using the crate. Move it into position, climb the tower and press the button at the top to activate the Clunker.
After this final step, D1G-ger will be freed.
Rewards for completing the Scrap Yard puzzle
For completing the quest, you’ll receive the following items:
- Gold x400
- Extreme Nano Element x5
- Advanced Nano Element x25
- Nano Element x50
After making your way back to D1G-g2r, he’ll thank you for freeing him and will become a very useful shop, selling an assortment of consumables, upgrades and cosmetic items.
