Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta: How To Sign Up
This closed beta is a public beta, but closed means closed. You cannot simply download the beta and play as you wish, you need to gain access to it. As is often the case with closed beta tests, there is a sign-up process we must go through to gain access. In order to sign up for the beta, you need to go to the Street Fighter website and put your name in the hat.
There are some steps involved in doing this. First, you need to have a Capcom ID. If you have not created one, you will be prompted to do so. Enter your email, create a password and then you will need to enter some details. Once done, you can continue with the signup process.
If you have not linked accounts from your gaming platforms to your Capcom ID, you will need to choose which platform you wish to play on. This can be Steam, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X or S. Beyond that, you need to read and agree to some terms and conditions, then confirm your choices. With that, you are signed up for the beta.
Now begins the arduous wait for an email to confirm whether or not we will get in. No word yet on when emails granting access may go out, so it is likely we will just have to wait and keep an eye on our spam folders.
That is everything you need to know to get involved in the Street Fighter 6 closed beta. For more on the game, check out our guide to the Street Fighter 6 release date.
