Want to set Street Fighter 6 to full screen on PC? Street Fighter 6 is available on PC, giving players plenty of control over how it plays. However, full screen, for one reason or another, is not the default mode when starting the game. To remedy this issue as much as possible, here is what you need to know about SF6 and full screen on PC.

Technically, there is no full screen option in Street Fighter 6. When you go to the graphics menu in the game there are two options for screen size - windowed or windowed borderless. The game will launch in the former screen mode when booting up SF6 for the first time.

Windowed borderless mode, will make the game fill your screen, however, but this does still mean that your mouse can leave the boundaries of the game window.

Why is there no full screen mode in SF6?

A lack of a traditional full screen mode for Street Fighter 6 is not something that's uncommon in modern PC games, with many games replacing it with a borderless option. Some games even have full screen modes that are, in fact, just borderless windows.

With multiple monitor setups becoming more and more common, there is more of a draw for borderless window modes, which can likely be frustrating for fans who like a proper full screen.

Anyone looking for a full screen option in Street Fighter 6 and confused by the lack of it can give up the search, and while Capcom may add the mode in the future - and we'll update you if that ever occurs - for now, we must make do with borderless windowed mode.

That is everything we have on full screen in Street Fighter 6. For more, check out our Street Fighter homepage, or check out how to play Chun-Li in Street Fighter 6.
