Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is the next chapter in Rocksteady’s Arkham story, yet this time around the studio opted for a live service game which makes whether or not you can save manually even more important.

The story picks up with four members of the Suicide Squad taking on the Justice League who are under the control of Brainiac. On top of taking on the Justice League, you will also be trying to prevent the alien invasion by completing different missions dotted around the map with pals, or alone.

If you’re playing with friends, and someone decides it is time for them to drop out, being able to save is very important, so here is everything we know about manual saving in the game.

Is there a way to save in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

Unfortunately, there is no way to save manually in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Due to the live service nature of the game, it's unlikely that this feature will be added later down the line, either.

The game currently has some shaky connection issues, and as such there is always a chance of your internet dropping out while playing. Not being able to save right now feels like a glaring omission, especially as we've experienced random dropouts ourselves, often losing us quite a bit of progress.

However, Suicide Squad regularly autosaves after you complete a mission, task or level-up. If you need to quit the game for whatever reason, the game likely autosaved when you last completed a task. If in doubt, your best bet is to fast travel to the Hall of Justice, as this will usually trigger an autosave.

That is all there is to know about whether or not you can save in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. If you’re looking for more guides, then check out our Suicide Squad homepage where we have already covered what happened between Arkham Knight and this game, the complete voice cast and more.
