With Tales of Kenzera: ZAU set to launch in April, some potential players will wonder if the game is available through any subscription services like Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus.
The game is a Metroidvania with a unique style inspired by various West African cultures and afro-futurism, with a focus on a story surrounding your father's death. If you want to see if the game is playable at no extra cost on PS+, read on below.
Is Tales of Kenzera: ZAU on PlayStation Plus?
Tales of Kenzera: ZAU will be a part of PlayStation Plus this April, with the game launching for the service on day one of its release on April 23.
You'll need the PS+ Premium or Extra subscription tier to gain access to the game, and it will be playable as long as your subscription remains. Just download it once it's released and begin playing.
As Tales of Kenzera isn't a PlayStation-exclusive title, we assume it will only remain on the service for a limited time (likely a year, similar to how Game Pass works) before it's taken off. Once it's removed, you won't be able to play the game anymore unless you purchase a copy yourself.
It's also unlikely it will come to Xbox Game Pass anytime soon considering it's on the rival platform's service, so you're out of luck if you're on team green.
In addition to PS+, the game will also be playable as part of the EA Play Pro subscription service, which gives you access to a number of EA games on your chosen platform.
With two subscription services offering Tales of Kenzera to play, there's a good chance you have one of them already and can play the game at no extra cost.
