How to find Colonel Shrimp in Tower of Fantasy

Tower of Fantasy has unleashed its huge Vera update and along with it, a new map to explore. Colonel Shrimp is a character in a side quest in Tower of Fantasy you'll be tasked to find. For a rundown of where to find Colonel Shrimp, read here.
Where is Colonel Shrimp?
Follow the mission brief and Colonel Shrimp will be waiting outside of the large obelisk monument. This is located in the Asset Management Centre garden. Walk around the monument until you see a dark-haired man called Gunther wearing a long grey and green coat and glasses, standing underneath one of the red trees to the left of the monument.
Once you initiate conversation choose the following dialogue prompts, so he thinks you're the correct person:
- Legends of the Frozen Kingdom
- Watch "Magical Girl Kirala"
Now, report back to Ron aka Master Scallion for your reward.

How to start the quest of finding Colonel Shrimp
To activate this side quest, you'll need to speak to Ron. Ron is a robed figure who stands outside the locked double doors of the Hazardous Materials Lab. Upon speaking with Ron, he laments at his physical appearance and tells you he is due to meet an online friend but is embarrassed by how he looks. He asks you to meet his online friend and pretend to be him instead, his friend, Colonel Shrimp, is waiting for him outside the monument in Mirroria.
