The page is located within the Tower of Fantasy shop menu and is being provided due to the tax increase on in-app purchases in the iOS store. Tower of Fantasy Not Enough Backpack Slots Error
If you have received the 'Not Enough Backpack Slots' error message when trying to claim the rewards for the iOS adjustment, the reason will most likely be that you are not logged in through an iOS device.
The compensation of Dark Crystals is only available for iOS players who are logged into their Tower of Fantasy account through an iOS device. As such, if playing on PC or Android you will encounter the error message and be unable to redeem the compensation.
