How to rank up in Type Soul quickly & reach Grade 2

Ranking up in Roblox's Type Soul is important for unlocking new abilities and tools, and reaching Grade 2 is a particularly important landmark - especially if you're trying to unlock Shikai EXP.
On your chosen path, you'll need to rank up to different grades to unlock new quests, powers, and more - so to learn how to get to Grade 2 and the fastest way to do so in the game below.
How to get Grade 2 quickly
There are a few different ways you can rank up in Type Soul, with one of the fastest ways being by joining Division 12. Here's how to do it:
- Speak with the Division captain in Shinigami - he will be standing near the icon that looks like an upside-down umbrella)
- Next, interact with the Division 12 board, which will contain different missions and activities (this is marked on the map with a tree-like icon, pictured below)
- Find the 'Complete the Hollow Minigame within Soul Society' prompt and click 'Yes'
- During the game, click on the Hollow icons as quickly as possible
The Hollow Minigame offers a good amount of EXP for little work. Other than this, you can also achieve Grade 2 by completing missions via the Division board.
Reaching Grade 2 is very important, especially if you're a Shinigami player wishing to earn Shikai EXP (speak to your Shikai spirit in the inner world to do so after you've completed the above steps).
