Warframe Internal Bleeding | How To Get The Internal Bleeding Mod In Warframe
The Warframe Internal Bleeding mod is a very effective modification for rifles, so here is how to get it.
The Warframe Internal Bleeding mod is a strong modification for low-fire rate rifles that allows them to deal additional slash damage whenever an impact status effect procs. Warframe gives players many tools for specialising their character and loadout to adapt to their playstyle, which allows for them to experiment during missions. Read on for a breakdown of how to get the Warframe Internal Bleeding mod.

Warframe Internal Bleeding: What Is Internal Bleeding?
Internal Bleeding is a modification that is only available for rifle weapons, and gives a chance for every impact status effect to proc a slash effect, allowing for more damage, especially against non-robot enemies. The chance to get the slash effect is also doubled for rifles that have fire rates below 2.5. At its initial level, there is a 10% chance for the effect to proc, while at rank five, it has a 35% chance.
Some weapons benefit from guaranteed impact status effects, meaning they will give you the best chance to proc the slash damage. It's worth experimenting to see if these weapons will fit your build, as they will get the most out of the Internal Bleeding mod.
The weapons are:
- Acceltra
- Daikyu
- Fulmin
- Javlok
- Kuva Chakkhurr
- Kuva Ogris
- Lenz
- Nagantaka
- Naturuk
- Quellor
- Scourge
- Shedu
- Sthlta
- Tombfinger Kitgun
It's also worth noting that the Critical Delay modification for rifles will have strong synergy with Internal Bleeding as it reduces the fire-rate of weapons when equipped.

Warframe Internal Bleeding: How To Get Internal Bleeding?
There is only one main way of acquiring the Warframe Internal Bleeding mod, which involves the Empyrean missions. These take place in space, and allow you to use Railjack or Archwings ships to combat enemy spacecrafts and complete side objectives, such as visiting points of interest and searching abandoned derelict caches.
The best places to do these missions on Neptune, Pluto, and Venus. Venus seems to offer the best odds of this happening, and once you choose a mission and load in, you'll want an abandoned derelict to spawn in too. You can tell if this has happened, as a white indicator will show on the screen along with the main objective.
Firstly, visit all the points of interest in a mission to get a cache reward. Afterwards, if an abandoned derelict has spawned, complete all the objectives inside and activate the terminals, which should give you another cache. The Internal Bleeding mod will have a roughly 9% chance to drop when opening these caches, so continue repeating the Empyrean missions until you get one.
That's our primer on how to earn the Warframe Internal Bleeding modification, and now you know how effective it is, along with how to acquire it.
