How to collect free in-game rewards from Women in Fortnite 2023
To celebrate women in Fortnite, Epic Games is giving away a bunch of awesome rewards. Starting on September 29, 2023, the Fortnite Item Shop will feature in-game cosmetics you can claim for free. These items will remain available in the Item Shop until October 9, 2023.
Below are all the rewards you can grab as part of Women in Fortnite 2023:

Celebrating Women 2023 Icon Radio station
Get in the spirit by tuning into the brand-new Celebrating Women 2023 station on Icon Radio.
A dedicated Fortnite community member and content creator, MsAshRocks, crafted the Celebrating Women 2023 playlist to include music from top female artists.
This station will be available to listen to on the in-game radio until October 17, 2023.
Women-created islands
As part of the Women in Fortnite 2023 event, Epic Games is highlighting a slew of women-created islands. You can find these islands in the Discover tab as Epic's Picks or enter the associated Island Code:
