How to get the Archaic Tunic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
You don't have to leave Link shirtless throughout a whole playthrough of Tears of the Kingdom. There are clothing options for the Hero of Time like the Archaic Tunic.
The Archaic Tunic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the first set of clothes Link can wear in the game. However, it does take some time to find it while on the Great Sky Island. You'll have to venture through a cave and defeat a few monsters to get to this clothing item. Here's where to find the Archaic Tunic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Where is the Archaic Tunic in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
You can spot the Archaic Tunic in Tears of the Kingdom by looking southeast of the In-isa Shrine. It's to the southwest of the Great Sky Island. Follow down the route until you find a cave with yellow foliage sprawled over it. A little pond is to the left of the cave too.
Once you've found the location, indicated by the image above, enter inside. Welcome to Pondside Cave. As you explore this area, you'll find rocks that you can smash for materials like Amber, Flint, and Rock Salt. You can also find Brightbloom Seeds on the ground. Keep moving forward, however.
In the biggest section of the cave, you should find a chest ready to be opened. Head up to it and press the A button to get yourself the Archaic Tunic in Tears of the Kingdom.

How to equip clothes and equipment in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To equip clothes and equipment like the Archaic Tunic to Link, first press the + button. Next, you want to scroll over to the "Armor" section of the menu by pressing L or R to switch the tabs. Hover the cursor over to your newly gathered Archaic Tunic and press the A button a few times to equip Link's new look.
He does look quite handsome in his new attire. Keep exploring and you'll find new clothes for Link to wear. The Archaic Tunic is quite weak, so it would be cool if you can find armour with more defence attached to it. It's a good start, however.
