How to get Diamonds in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
There is no one way to find Diamonds in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, though they are most often found in chests, typically within caves or as rewards for finishing Shrine quests.
Fusing a Diamond with a weapon will add 25 attack power, while selling it to a vendor will net you 500 Rupees.
They can be found across, above, and below Hyrule in multiple places, but we'll cover some of the confirmed Tears of the Kingdom Diamond locations below.

Jinodok Shrine
One of the best early Tears of the Kingdom Diamond locations is Jinodok Shrine, located in the South Hyrule Sky Archipelago (coordinates -1257, -1487, 1008).
Depths Stone Talus
A specific Stone Talus found in the west of the Abandoned Kakariko Mine in the Depths will drop two Diamonds upon being killed. The exact coordinates are 1483, -0959, -0597).

Royal Hidden Passage
A large cave called the Royal Hidden Passage contains a Diamond in the chest at the end. You can reach this from the Hidden Bunker below Lookout Landing after completing the Wind Temple by following it to the end.
Another method involves heading to the Hyrule Castle Observation Room (coordinates -0253, 0762, 0087), using Ultrahand to open the gate, taking the ladder down, and opening the chest (coordinates -0253, 0744, 0104).
Jochi-ihaga Shrine
Another Shrine with a Diamond is the Jochi-ihaga Shrine, located at the base of the Akkala Falls, between Zora's Domain and Tarrey Town (coordinates 3810, 1219, 0090).
Sihajog Shrine
A Diamond can be found inside of Sihajoh Shrine, which is located on Valor Island, which is amongst a stack of sky islands northeast of Mount Lanayru (coordinates 4475, -0812, 1115).
Yomizuk Shrine
On the land below, just north of Valor Island from the previous Diamond location, you can find Yomizuk Shrine in a cave on the south edge of Talus Plateau (coordinates 4476, -0834, 0053). The Shrine is at the very end of the cave.

Mayaotaki Shrine
In the middle of the North Lomei Labyrinth, in the north of the Hebra Mountains region, you can find Mayaotaki Shrine, which contains a Diamond inside. The coordinates of the Shrine are -0823, 3535, 0235.
Maoikes Shrine
Southwest of the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower in the Lanayru Wetlands, you can find a cave near Bone Pond with Maoikes Shrine inside. The Diamond is found in a chest within the Shrine (coordinates 2275, 0146, 0079).
