We can confirm that Ultrahand items do respawn in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, so you will be able to reuse many of the Zonai constructs or building materials found across, above, and below Hyrule.

However, before these items respawn, you will need to either fast-travel or respawn after dying. This means you can also quickly manipulate the spawns of these items if you do one of the above.

A notable exception to this is the Zonai devices you get from Zonai dispensers and spawn in from your inventory. These are single-use items only, and after travelling a certain distance away, these will despawn from the map.

So, if you've used some building materials to create a vehicle, don't worry about never seeing those materials again, as they will respawn exactly where you found them later on.

That's all for our answer to the question, do Ultrahand items respawn in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Now you know that all Zonai devices and building materials you find in the world will respawn after you fast travel or respawn from death.
