Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Lucky Clover Gazette allows Link to be an investigative journalist for a while. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has many side quests that take you all over Hyrule, but few have you cover more ground than working with the Lucky Gazette.

How to start Lucky Clover Gazette quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To start the Lucky Clover Gazette quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must head northwest of Lookout Landing towards Lake Totori, which holds the Rito Village at its centre.
At the end of the road to Rito Village, you will find a tent on the left side. Go inside, and you will find Penn and Traysi. Talk to them, and you will trigger the Lucky Clover Gazette questline.

If you are an explorer and want to find the location on your own, here is a hint: note down this coordinate -3261, 1763, 0119 and head towards it, and you will find Lucky Clover Gazette.
How to complete Lucky Clover Gazette quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
To complete the Lucky Clover Gazette questline in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must complete twelve quests under the "Potential Princess Sightings!" side adventure.
While you don't get a direct waypoint to the twelve quest locations, you get hints from Traysi when you talk to her after triggering the Lucky Clover Gazette questline.
She will share Penn's current location, explain how you can get there and what the quest will be about. In our playthrough, the first location that Traysi talked about was Woodland Stable. When you make your way there, you can start the quest called Serenade to a Great Fairy.

Complete the quest objective, which is pretty straightforward, and head to the next location. If you need hints, you can return and talk to Traysi or just head to the below locations with the help of the coordinates to start the respective quests.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Lucky Clover Gazette quest rewards
You will get each piece of the Froggy armour set as you progress through and complete the different quests in the Lucky Clover Gazette questline in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
At the end of the Lucky Clover Gazette, you will have the complete set of Froggy armour set that gives you the Slip Resistance effect, allowing you to climb slippery surfaces.
